At Southern Technical College, the Associate in Science in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (HVACR) is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment to install and service residential and light commercial air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems. The solid balance of classroom instruction and hands-on training is the keystone of our HVACR program. At Southern Technical College, we prepare graduates for the real world – and the companies that employ our graduates know it! Our hands-on training labs are designed to allow students to not only learn, but also to utilize their knowledge and apply it to different situations.
